We hired NE Home Services to replace an old deck. The process was smooth from the start. After requesting a quote we heard back from Mark same day. We had finally started looking at our deck and water damage to the back of our house and found that we had a significant issue. Looking for some quotes, we called NE Deck and Mark came right out. Took some time to look at the damage and came with a quote, but we both knew that we still had to investigate the full issue.
Mark and Mike were professional, responsive, and on time. Our job turned out to have significant damage and they were very clear on options, problems, and resolutions with our full deck replacement. We are very impressed with the quality of deck, the work to make our new deck shine more than our old one, and the transformation of our house and outside area. We would highly recommend Mark and the team to anyone looking for a new or replacement deck!

I'm very happy with my new deck, I've been wanting to do composite for several years now and I love how it came out. My neighbors have complimented how beautiful my deck is as well. The deck is great quality and I know it will look beautiful for many years and the best part is it's minimum maintenance! I'm looking forward to sitting out there come the spring.
